About Living Life Care Home

Living Life Care Home was established in 1998 by Don and Jackie Kim. It is currently operated by Rey and Chona Aquinde. Their combined experience and mutual focus allows them to offer the best in quality care.

Chona graduated from the Univeristy of Santo Tomas, Phillippines with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce. She was formerly employed with Allenmore Labs as a Phlebotomist and Patient Service from 2004 to 2006.

Rey is a former Health Information Management student at Tacoma Community College and was an extern at Avamere Bel Air Rehabilitation Center's Health Information department.

Together, Chona and Rey are Nursing Assistant Registered with certificates in Manager Dementia Specialty Training, Nurse Delegation, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Manager Mental Healthy Specialty Training, and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training

All staff of Living Life Care Home on Willow Lane are Nursing Assistant Registered or Nursing Assistant Certified. 

Our caregivers have excellent work ethics, experience and compassion. We use aptitude tests and periodical performance evaluations. Unlike other settings, Living Life Care Home has an excellent client/caregiver ratio and low employee turnover.

We are small to be the best

We chose to be small to deliver quality, personalized care. We have teamed up with home-visit health care professionals to meet the client's individual needs.

These professionals include: doctors, nurses, physical therapists, hospice specialists, lab technicians and pharmacists. They come to the facility to minimize office visits and disruption of care. Doctor's exams, X-rays, EKGs, blood and urine specimen samplings are done in the "home" by the team of health care givers who work together for the client's well being.

Prescribed medicines and medical supplies are also delivered and dispensed by strict orders from contracted physicians. Medical record keeping is computerized and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
