Owned and operated by Rey and Chona Aquinde. Our combined experience and mutual focus allows us to offer a high quality and personalized care for our residents.

We provide long term non-medical custodial care to functionally disabled and frail seniors. Our services are personalized daily care, medication assistance, and assistance in their activities of daily living at a home set environment.

Our adult family homes are licensed by Dept. of Social Health and Services with certificate in Geriatric Care. Our certificates as a Geriatric Care Providers are from University of Washington’s Geriatric Health Promotion Series. We have certification as a Nursing Assistant Registered with training certificates in manager dementia specialty, fundamentals of care giving, manager mental health specialty, and developmental disability specialty.

Our services are care with residents with diagnosis in Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s, hospice, and physical disabilities.

We are on a 24/7 operation, with an up and awake graveyard shift staff. Our employees are very qualified caregivers. We require them to complete the courses in fundamentals of care giving, nurse delegation, dementia, and with completion of their certification for Nursing Assistant Registered or Certified Nursing Assistant.

We utilize a computerized record keeping system to provide and share information to medical offices, pharmacies, and physicians. We support and encourage home visits by health care professionals for our residents to minimize the disruption of care and transporting issues. Home visits provide safety and the convenience for residents. These professionals include physicians, nurses, physical therapists, hospice specialists, podiatrists, foot care specialists, and pharmacy techs. Prescribed medications and medical supplies are delivered to our home by primarily Lincoln Pharmacy and other pharmacies as well.

We embrace the “aging in place “concept for our residents. As their physical or mental state decline that occurs with the aging process, we and our staff are trained and experience in non-medical heavy care and end of life care. If the option or need arise of a hospice care program, the resident or the family POA reserve the right to choose which hospice program that they prefer. We had worked with both Multicare/Good Samaritan and Francsican Hospice teams in the past.

Our philosophy:”Nursing services in a home setting, a home with peace, respect, and compassion”.
